Process of custom glass bottle
Please give a simple description of the bottle jar you need, For example, the approximate capacity, shape and size of openning, we will make a draft drawing according to your requirements.
You can offer your suggestions for modification base on the draft diagram, let’s fefine the design until you are satistied.
After the drawing are completed, we will first print out a 3D sample for you to confirm, you can have a more intuitive understanding of the final shape and size, and determine whether it is the product you have envisioned.
We will arrange production of molds firstly after the 3D sample was confirmed. Once metal molds were completed, they could be put into the production line to manufacture glass bottle jar.
Ater the glass bottle jar is completed, we can carry out post-processing on it, such as LOGO printingļ¼frosting, painting and customized packaging… etc.
